Smokette 009 Capacity - will it handle what I need?

The most I ever have a reason to smoke is 2 butts (~7 lbs. each) and 1 brisket (~11 lb.), all at the same time. Will a 009 handle it?

yes, I have done 3 briskets, or 4 butts & a brisket

Oh yea, Skinsfan. The Smokette will handle alot more than you can imagine at first glance. It takes a little different thinking to get the electric and set it and forget it and efficiency thangs, but you will learn to love it after the first 2-3 cooks.

Don't forget the stand/cabinet, cover, cold smoke baffle, seafood grate, and chili grill!
