After smoking some albacore last night (see recipe in Recipe Section) I fell into a post-fishing-trip slumber...woke this morning to the sound of water...water? Hey, it's raining! The smoker is still outside! (Rain is a major and unexpected weather event for us Angelinos).
Anyway, I ran out and covered the smoker til the weather passed, then dried it off well. Is there anything else I need to do or worry about? What do you all do about rust prevention? (I have a model 008).
