To critique your accomplishments would require details about each one, but I can tell you that it all looks good, especially good enough to eat! The ribs are beautiful. It looks like you got good bark on the brisket and butt.

I got mine on ebay for about $10 shipped. They are great. Search for bear paws or bear claws
