I have had my Sm 025 for about 90 days now and everything I have tried to cook has gotten done faster than any other cooker I have owned I did two ten pound pork shoulders in nine hours I injected it with Apple juice and cooked at 225. I wrapped at 160. Nothing wrong with it tastes great but way faster than expected Ribs and brisket are also faster... just my box or is everyone else seeing this too.. BTW Beside the CS probe I have two Maverick probes in and I Thermopen them to make sure. Temp is right
