Have you tried their new inferno jerky cure? I you like hot stuff it is great!

I haven't tried the inferno blend yet, but I'm sure it will be part of my next order. I'll have to wait until I try the buckboard bacon kit out, because I have a feeling I'll be ordering some more of that too!

Between myself and a friend of mine we are managing to avoid shipping charges by keeping our orders over the $100 mark! Ummm, I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing!

Let me know how you like the bacon. I personally like to use it on the nose end of a brisket to make beef bacon. It is really good with a little of HiMountains cajun bacon sprinkle on it.
