Ingredients:
Tony Cashere's Cajun spice (or your favorite)
Brown sugar
Cinnamon
Coriander
Mix equal parts cajun spice and brown sugar. Add 1/2 that amount of cinnamon, and 1/4 of that amount of coriander.
Use as a dry rub before cooking or as a dry sauce.
Great on ribs--or any pork.
