I've got a SM020 with a temp problem... Onmy last 3-4 smokes my maverick "smoker" temp probe shows between 10-30* higher than my smoker shows... I've calibrated the maverick with ice and boiling water and it's dead on... Should I 1)not worry about it and just adjust the smoker temp as needed and follow the maverick temp 2)call cookshack and whine about it 3)something else?!? I've cleaned the 020's temp probe but still having the problem... Also always make sure no meat is touching the temp probe....
