It turned into many miles of traveling to judge KCBS events, into classes, and finally many weekends of cooking.
While I don't normally like to post pictures of awards that can be just a blessing of hitting the correct table. I felt that the need to "thank" those that has made this award possible.
From the bottom of my heart, thanks Cookshack and the forum. As Smokin' and Tom have always said, it pays to go cook something, keep good notes, and change one thing at a time.
