Thermalizing Product

Has anyone used the thermalizers from Winston Industries? Wondering if it's a better choice than the holding cabinet since apparently it has a cvap function also. Thanks

The only problem I had was they are 220v verses 110v. But they do work great.

They have 110v also. At the Cooking Class, Fast Eddy said Winston CVAP was the only way to go. Check it out with him
