They Got a MVFD license!?!?

Was traveling through Pierson FL and at the corner of Hwy 40 and US 17 there is this guy selling BBQ roadside. Run down screened seperate trailer for the smoker and an old window van he is using for the serving trailer. Looks pretty beat to me and very run down. Just doesnt look clean you know? My nephews said they stopped there one time (I was surprised to hear that) and they said it was good barbecue. The place is a mess but sure enough on the window is a MFVD license good through 2006.

All the problems Jack and Peggy (Prisonchef and 2 Greyhounds) went through and this guy got licensed.

How did he do that? Just amazing to me...if I swing back by there I will take some pics to show you.

from what we have read in the pro forum florida licensing is dependent on the county that you reside in. it appears some county health departments do the inspecting while other counties make you go thru the dept of business and professional regulation. sounds like in this case that is what is going on.
