I purchased the Amerique and fired it up to season it, set the temp and timeer and pushed start. All is working fine I think. The timer I set for 6 hours to burn up some wood however I noticed the timer does not wind down as the time expires. I would think the timer once set for 6 hrs and as the time expires the timer clock would show 5 hr 17 min. and so on until the time has expired. Is the clock supposed to show the time left to cook or does the clock always show the time you set.
