My butts to date have been great! I have done three of them so far. Can I do two of them at once in my 009? If so, what can I expect the time icrease to be?

I have done 3-4 at once in my 008, most I have done was about 32# or so at once. Time seems to remain around the same for me whether there is one or 3 in there.
I do mine at different temps, depending on when I want them out or when I will be getting home. so they are in for 12-16 hours usually.

My 2-3 butt runs usually run around 20 hours to 185-195.
Yep. Regardless of how many butts I put in my Smokette, they take at least 20 hours to reach 205*.
I don't believe any of mine has gone 20 hours. Maybe I am doing something wrong.
My Smokette 009 takes 2.5 hrs per pound when set at 225˚ to reach 195˚ internal and about 2.3 hrs per pound to reach 188˚ So an 8lb butt takes 20 hrs. Two 8 punders take the same. It is just like baking cookies whether you bake 10 or 20 at a time they all need to bake the same amount of time.

I never go over 225 with mine, so I'd say you just cook at higher temps than I do. Nothing wrong with that. Juuuust different.
