Getting ready to change the legs of the unit. Due to being vertically challenged, I will be shortening the legs by 2 inches, adding 8" fixed wheels and swivel wheels on the non-hopper side. Tired of having to lift to move, it be a pain in the a$$.
With the larger diameter fixed wheels, should make it easier to roll up my ramp. I'm going will solid rubbber tires as I don't want to have to carry an air compressor for the pneumatic one. Will post pictures after the deed is done tomorrow.
As advertised. Cut 3 inches off the fixed legs and put on 8 inch hard rubber wheels. Cut 8 inches off the other set and installed swivel casters. This had the effect of lowering the overall height by 2 inches and makes the beastie extremely easy to move.
