Hello, I recently purchased the FEC100 pellet smoker. I'm certainly not a professional when it comes to smoking but I'm looking forward to the challenge. If anyone has an venison summer sausage tips (smoking times/temps/etc) it would really be appreciated! I make a lot of summer sausage and typically use my buddies electric 160, now I have the challenge of using pellets, which concerns me a bit?? Thank you! Merry Christmas!
