You can cook for 15 or 20 people, just depends on what you're wanting to cook. If you're wanting to do ribs for everyone, you can cram a bunch of ribs in there. You can do a 3 briskets or even 6 butts and feed a bunch.

I'd be thinking also about What you're wanting to smoke in there, as that helps determine the capacity issue. And in the smaller one you can't smoke 5 or 6 different items necessarily at the same time.

Smokin'
I've had my 009 since August... I cook for 5 normally, but extend that to 15-20 on family get-togethers or parties... I usually cook brisket or butts for big get-togethers... The 009 handles this with ease...

If I was really into cooking ribs for over 10 people at a time I would think about a larger capacity smoker...

If I cooked a lot of chicken I might want a bigger smoker with the ability to reach a higher temp to finish the skin...But I have a great big Weber kettle that I'll probably never get rid of because it fills that role well...

I also like the idea of buying a second 009 if my smoking needs ever increase instead of a single bigger smoker...This would allow you to cook different meats at the same as well as double your capacity...

Just my two cents...
THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL YOUR INFORMATION. I THINK THAT I WILL GO WITH THE SMOKETTE, AND LATER IF I NEED TO I CAN BUY THE SECOND ONE. FOR THE TIME BEING I CAN USE THE GREAT OUTDOORS SMOKER THAT I HAVE NOW AS A BACK UP, BUT IT WILL PORBLEY START TO GATHER A LOT OF DUST IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE...

THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN FOR HELPING ME OUT
