So we started talking in another thread, and thought it was a good idea to create this sticky to discuss what you've cooked.

Here's the plan.

Post your post elsewhere discussing a specific cook you had, but come HERE and post a link to it. That way we can

1) list stuff to cook AND/OR

2) point to what we cooked.

I'll start:

ABT's and Pizza (with photos)

MOINKS

Other stuff I've cooked:

On the direct side:
Hot dogs
Steaks
Chicken

on the indirect side:
baked potatoes
chicken (whole/half/spatchcoked)
turkey
Pork Butts
Ribs

Just a quick list to get us started

Formerly, I grilled steak on a very popular grill. Then, I grilled steak on the Eddy pellet grill. Could not believe it. Steaks turned out like an expensive steak house. But, be careful, when go to 500 and hht at 100, you can over cook. Pay attention. I did 1 1/2 minutes,,,then turn for grill marks,,,another 1 1/2 minutes and flip,,,repeat,,,then HELLO....
I still feel like I'm cheating by using this grill. It is awesome.
As has already been said, this grill will cook just about anything. I haven't found anything yet I could not cook on it. I've had mine for 9 months now so here is my list as best I can remember, I'm sure I'll leave a few things out;
Chicken, ribs, pork butts, briskets
Pork tenderloin
Steaks, burgers, brats, hotdogs, etc.
baked potatoes both regular and sweet
ABTs, stuffed mushrooms, Bracon
Bisquits, cinnamon rolls, pizza
Cherry pie, cheesecakes
Cottage pie
Deep fried cookie dough
Fish and chips
Bacon, eggs, pancakes
Chili
Yup... it's ALL GOOD

My only bad cook has been some beef ribs... they were terrible... but that was a combination of me cooking them way too long and some pretty terrible ribs to start with.

Can add to my list:

Bacon wrapped stuffed sausage fatties
Biscuits
Cinnamon Rolls
Tri-Tip
Sausage stuffed pork chops
Normal not stuffed pork chops
Shish kabobs
Chicken wings
Turkey
Sausage
Scrambled eggs
Bacon

Veggies:
Spaghetti Squash
Asparagus
Zucchini
Tomatoes
Mushrooms
Onions
Peppers
Corn on the Cob
Baked Potatoes
French Fries

I'm sure there's more... This is a fantastic pellet-grill.
