Only because the link was no longer working/available.

I've heard nothing about him and hope he's doing okay.

It happens over the years. Max was originally here as Chris, disappeared for years and them POOF came back.

Dang! I had Dave's website bookmarked & referred many friends there for step-by-step smoking instruction. Dave's site made it look & sound easy.

Every now and then I'd check his web site out for info. It helped and I enjoyed the simple way it was shown! I'm a little sad
