There must be over 10,000 owners/cooks and they follow the forum at widely different times.

Can't answer the second question because I have only 1 smoker. But the poll demands both questions be answered before I can vote. Add a "I own only 1" choice to the second question so people with only 1 smoker can participate in the poll.
