That what I called them but right after I got my 08 I was asking if anybody knew how to cook them and a few people ask what are feather bones so I figured that I was not using the right name so I posted a picture of them to fine out the right name of them what I have been doing with them as to cooking them is treating them like baby backs temp at 225 and about 3.5 to 4 hours until the are just about ready fall apart ( lots of tasting it is a job but somebody has to do it ) Wink then foil and sauce for 30 minutes they come out with just the right amount tug and tenderness so the meat comes off easily but you have to pull on it just a bit mmm mmm good I have made them 3 time now and each time they get better I guess you really have to work at it to get a bad result out of a 008 All of my friends and family think I am a real pit master ( but the truth is it the smoker Roll Eyes ) and I am just a newbe at this How do you cook them ?
