I use one large roll of ground chuck,chopped bell pepper,chopped onion,three eggs,half a cup of bbq sauce,20 or so club crackers smashed up,one roll Jimmy Dean sage sausage,shake on some bbq rub, mix it all together, form on to a round pizza pan with holes punched into it to allow draining put in smoker at 250* until internal of 165*. Apply glaze sauce about half an hour before removing from smoker.
