If you don't mind ribs sitting on their edges, the racks work fine. If you want the ribs laying flat so spritzing spray or basting sauce does not run off as quickly, then go with the 5-rack side set and extra grilles.
or maybe try using skewers to separate racks and space them as desired
One more option. I have an 008 and use rib hooks. I've done as many as six full racks of baby backs. Cut the racks in half and hang them. (12 hooks). It works fine.
