Hey everyone, I’m a rookie and just had a quick question I’m hoping you guys can help me with. I’m cooking for a family BBQ tomorrow on my 22” kettle. I’ve got 3 racks of baby back and 1 rack of beef back ribs.

Never smoked beef ribs so I’m just wondering if they take about the same time as pork ribs to cook? I have a rib rack I’ll be using to fit them all on the kettle so I’m wondering if I should put the beef ribs on first? Should they go closer to the heat or further?

Like I said, rookie questions but I’m hoping you guys can help. Thanks!
