Sooner than I thought..... the cover came yesterday.

I've got off the next three days so I better go out Wednesday and find some meat!!!!!!

That's great. The wait is never fun. Is it blowing smoke yet? You've had it for a couple of hours now

You bet it's smoking!

It's been going for about 2 hours... 1/2 way through seasoning.

Congratulations on your purchase! I have had a Model 50 for 3 years and it has been the best smoker I could have hoped to have to meet my needs. The great product, service and the excelent advice on the forums have made my BBQ schooling a real pleasure! Fire it up and When it it is done it is DONE!

Congrats esfishdoc -- Hope to soon hear about that first smoke. Try a big fatty butt and really get that smoker seasoned properly!
