I notice the user manual states this unit is made for indoor use only.
My dear wife is dead set against me using this anywhere inside.
I live in the Northeast and it gets pretty cold here, could I use this in one of the sheds I have in my backyard?

The 075 appears to be an older model commercial smoker. "Indoor use only" is probably relevant to a commercial kitchen environment and hood fans to evacuate the smoke...which it WILL produce.

Bonus points for the wife. It's not an appropriate appliance for indoor household use. By all means, use it under cover in an outdoor shed. If using an extension cord, be sure the cord is rated for the amps the 075 draws. I'd run it a few hours just to be sure everything's kosher.
