2- 7 lb chuckies in the 008

I bought 2- 7lb bone in chuck roasts at Safeway today. They are in the 008 as I post this.I plan on lettin them go all night.14lbs of chuckie will probably need to go for some time. will foil once they hit 192 ish or so. Pics tomorrow.
