I did a 24.17 lb chuck roll at 275° until internal temp of 200° to see what the yield would be, I thought the yield would be about 60-65% but it was only at 46%.
Next time I am going to try SmokinOkie's method

For us Northern people who can hardly find a packer let alone a chuck roll, how about some pictures of these creatures.

I bought this at Restaurant Depot for $2.29 per pound, it was one big chunk of meat, I cut it into 5 pieces to smoke it
