I just got my new BBQ cookbook, and my daughter flipped it open to page 265: "Afghan Chicken."

Dang!

Frankly, it sounds awesome. Yogurt and chili marinade. But, what about loyalty.......

This forum is nothing but trouble.

Is Smokin out there? The book said that BBQ info was passed along the Silk Road. China to the Middle East. What do you know about that? A Cookshack outlet in Bughaishtan? We need another Ph.Q. at the university.

Donna, did you ever meet Marco Polo on the the Silk Road? Did your daddy? Marco learned all the Oriental secrets that we take for granted today.

Riddle me this, Batman...I've been craving Middle Eastern spiced dishes lately! Is it the weather turning cold, that I am turning to the "warm" spices...the aromatics? I've dicovered a spice combo that is incredibly delicious called Ras al Hanout. I'll post over in recipes.
