Alto Shaam

Have any of you folks used or own an Alto Shaam? Can you tell me how they compare with Cookshack smokers, Im getting mixed reviews. People typically buy them for prime rib and other roast, but I've heard Cookshack does a better job with and/or without using wood for smoke?? Anyone?

I've only used the Alto Sham holding cabinet.

What is it that your looking to do with it and how much do you need to produce? That will help me with a better answer.

Actually, Im just trying to get an education on these Shaams. I have Maine & NH as a territory for CS & FE's and I run into people wanting to buy Shaams that limit what they can do. In other words CS does what the Shaam does and more. Just trying to get a comparison from someone whos fluent with both. Thank you
