So I have a large party coming up in a few weeks as was thinking of doing ribs. I have been using my amerique for years but it's almost always pork butt or brisket. I have done baby back ribs twice but it's only been 1-2 racks each time. This time I need to feed a ton of people so my question is how many racks of baby backs can I actually fit in it? I only have the standard racks and the rib hooks. Can I fit more hanging the ribs or am I better off buying the rib racks cookshack sells now? Did they stop selling the hooks as I did not see them on the site anymore. Thanks

Usually I can get 3 whole racks BB's per shelf, 4 shelves = 12 racks. You will have to swap them around so the bottom shelf doesn't over cook. If your doing A lot think about smoking them ahead and bringing them back to temp and glazing them with sauce on your grill. Worked great for me when I do more then a dozen racks. CC rib racks work great and you can get more racks per cook if you don't mind spending the money.
