What is the maximum temp of the AmeriQue and does it retain as much moisture as the Smokette? I know you can't beat a smokette for brisket & butts, it's chicken and ribs I'm wondering about?
300* top temp. Holds plenty of moisture; after all it's a Cookshack. I had a 50 before I got my Amerique and although they both do great Q, I love the AmeriQue.
