Did some ribs in the AQ with the probe. Guessed at a good place to insert the probe...sort of in the middle on the rib. Suggestions appreciated on probe placement?? Ribs turned out better than anything I ever did on my grill. Temp set at 275 with probe at 190, held for about 30 minutes temp went to 195. Thanks. You all are great!

Well,I'm no expert,but I never could tell what an internal temp would be for ribs-or where to place a probe that would measure all parts of a slab.
