Can someone help me out? I"m new to this,

If i need to say feed 200 ppl for a party, and they want pulled pork.

How much do I need estimated in with loss of pork butt during cook?

How much do I need to buy?

you serving or serve themselves? Can be a huge difference as well as mostly men or mixed crowd, lots of kids? Other meats? Figure four ounces a person, 4 servings to a pound x50 to get to 200 people is 50 pounds cooked of pork, add 10% for safety. Looking at about 110 pounds of raw butt, bone in. cases run about 65-75 pounds (8-10 pounders here) so I would go two cases, bag the rest or freeze a couple for future use.
