Hello again everyone,
I purchased 3 packages of Pork Loinback ribs tonight to smoke for some co-workers Friday. For the 4th time in a row I was unable to reach the local butcher and had to buy the ribs at the local Wal-Mart supercenter.
This time I was looking at the package label and noticed the fine print saying,"Tenderness & Moistness enhanced by 12% solution of water, salt, sodium phosphates and natural lemon juice concentrate"
Like I said, I've smoked this type before and thought that the results were fine. I'm just wanting everyones opinion on the way these taste as compared to some you may get from the butcher.....does the solution make a small, medium, or huge diffrence???
Please let me know what your opinions are. thanks
