Split breast / thighs, Butchers Honey Rub, after a light coating of mayo, small block of cherry, set Amerique for 275, about 2 hrs later, tossed on grilled, with a light mop of BBQ sauce and apple juice. Rave reviews. Really like Gerber Chickens.
