ANOTHER newbie!

Thanks in large part to you guys (and gals), I ordered a Smokette II on Friday!!! I looked at others (BGE and the Tex, for example), but then I stumbled upon this site. The level of knowledge and loyalty to the Cookshack brand on this site is nothing short of amazing! Based on the comments here, I made my decision to go with Cookshack! I'll be taking tomorrow off to meet the UPS dude.

Jim,
I share your excitement as my Cookshack Model 55 should be ariving on Thursday. Again, kudos to Cookshack and the great folks on this forum for spreading the good news about these smokers. My tastebuds are tingling in anticipation.
