I used mostly pressure treated wood with 12x12 tiles (ungrouted so removeable) inset into the top.Under the tile is 1/2" plywood that I drilles drainage holes in. The whole thing was painted with a few coats of exterior paint. Dimensions of top inset tile area is 48"x24". Weights a ton but should last a long time....
btw I keep the smoker unit on the left not right. i also keep a large tupperware container under it for wood/temp probes/gloves etc along with an empty cooler for FTC.
