I have only been smoking for about a year with my AQ and guess if this problem happen before I didn't even notice it. I have 6 Baby Backs out smoking right now and had the Q set for 275. Since it was cold and snowing out I just ran out and put the ribs in, turned it on, and ran back to the house. I went out to check the progress later and the temp only showed 190 after almost 2 hours. I found when I had put the bottom rack of ribs into the smoker the back rack of ribs was poked onto the probe. I will know to watch out for that in the future. Corrected that and the temp has climbed on up. A lesson learned.
