I love my unit so far. Just burned in Thursday cooking today. Ques is, after and during burn in there was small amounts of ash floating in the unit. Any concern here or was this because i was at 300 degrees. Thanks to all. Jdawg
Jdawg, I have had mine a couple months, and yes, there is a little ash that flies when the blower does its job of keeping the fire lit. Nothing to be concerned about. You are going to love it. CBear
jdawg, myself i saw a big reduction in ash when i switched to bbq'ers delight pellets. at max setting for crisping chicken is when i really noticed it the most and also at clean up time. jack
