Hi all - I have been smoking babyback ribs according to the directions and they come out great. The last 45 minutes call for wrapping in tin foil so that "the meat falls off of the bone."
I have to say that mine are getting close to that but I wonder if I would have better results based on the type of tin foil I use? I bought some Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty for use in covering my smoke box and the bottom of my smokette as suggested and so I just used that for the ribs as well since it was right there and handy.
My question is should I be using a regular thinner (light duty?) foil instead of the thicker heavy stuff to wrap the ribs?
Thanks for any feedback.
Don
