If you have a GO TO link for Bacon list it here.

Same goes for Ham.

Give us the Title, URL and what is good about the site (recipes, techniques, etc).

Let us know if it's a particular style of bacon such as Belly, Loin (back aka Canadian), Buckboard or something else.

I think it would be helpful to know if it's a cure and hot or cold smoked.

Please let us know if it includes photos and/or videos.

When I get time I'll add some of my links. My GO TO is Michael Ruhlman (for all things Charcterie)

One more thing....

I've "featured" posts (at the top of this forum) that would be a GREAT place to start if you are interested in doing your own bacon.

Thanks to Chaplain Bill and Mr. T for the massive amount of information and more importantly the Photos. Doing bacon without the photos would be so much harder. Thanks guys, I appreciate all you've done and you are the #1 reasons I set this forum up.

You two are "OFFICIALLY" our Bacon Masters. That means you now have to help everyone in the world learn to make bacon and answer all question Big Grin Big Grin Big Grin
