Looking through the Smoke & Spice cookbook tonight and ran across this recipe. Marinated the shrimp in some lime juice, wrapped in a half strip of bacon and skewered. A little bit of Mike Mills Magic Dust and into the smoker with a chunk of Orange wood. Turned out great! What surprised me is that I opened the smoker at one point and noticed the smoke from the orange wood was actually orange. How cool is that!
