Just put in my order for two FEC120s that will be shipped to Dubai.
Have a couple of questions for the Pros.
1) Will the Fec120 work as a holding cabinet for the Brisket and the chicken that will be served at our restaurant?
2)we plan on opening up for lunch and for dinner, can we pre smoke and cook the meat and then reheat the product over an open Pit (something like the Salt Lick)?
3)Can we cold smoke on the FEC120?
