Ok ive had a cs55 since christmas and got my fec100 about 2 weeks ago and have been loving it. So as you can imagine i havent been going out to eat at my "favorite" bbq resteraunt. Today i had the pleasure of going out with my coworkers to have lunch at my "favorite" bbq joint. Can i say disappointed. Then i had the chance to speak to the owner for a little while, i had to ask! Why i only saw wood logs by the pit as i now know you cant smoke for 12 hours with just wood as it makes the brisket bitter. He told me they only smoke them for a few hours then finish them in a steamer type oven. They then put them in a pan with some broth and other liquids to hold till needed. I now no longer have a "favorite" bbq joint. "THANKS" cookshack for taking away all my favorite bbq resteraunts. I now have no where to go out to eat bbq. You have forced me to a life of having to cook my own Q. I hope your happy! I know i am
