Sent my wife to pick up 2 6lb buts and the didnt even know what a boston but was or pulled pork, The did finaly figure out it was a pork shoulder and she came back with 2 BONELESS buts, do I have to do anything diff. I plan on making one pulled pork and one for slicing. I have them in the fridge with rub on them now just was unsure if I do anything diff when cooking? Thanks
