I thought I'd share this with the group. I smoked a Butterball boneless turkey breast last Thursday. It weighed about 4.5 lbs. I brined it using Smokin's Holiday Turkey Brine. The only change I made was to omit the allspice (didn't have any) and I used all brown sugar instead of half brown and regular. I just halved all of the ingredients for a smaller batch. Put in a 2 gallon Ziplock freezer bag overnight. I removed from bag and put on platter and covered with foil. Let stand in fridge overnight(not by choice). Removed from fridge, rubbed with Cookshack Spicy Chicken Rub, white sugar, and some ground chipotle pepper. Smoked at 225 for about 4 hours until temp hit 172. Butterball calls for 170.
Turned out really great.I highly recommend Smokin's brine. Best turkey my wife and I have had.

See Ya,

Charlie
