I bought a 5 lb boneless turkey breast at Costco. I think it was Butterball and was in netting. It was marinating in some spices and liquid but it was NOT the tequila lime turkey loins they sell. I smoked those once and was not happy with the result. I sprinkled some chicken rub on the breat (very lightly) and put it into the smoker with about three ounces of apple and it went for almost four hours at 225. I pulled it at 160 degrees. I let it set for ten minutes and then carved it in thin slices. It was the best smoked turkey I have ever eaten. Very moist and the smoke was not overpowering. Seved it with roasted baby asparagus, hush puppies and a simple mushroom gravy and of course, a couple of cold ones. My daughter does not want to go back to college until all the leftovers are gone.
