Well, the FEC's did well in this comp in Nevada with 34 teams cooking for the Nevada State Championship and an Automatic to the Jack.
GC went to Blake's BBQ who is cooking on 2 FEC-100 and RGC went to BLQUE who was also cooking on 2 FEC-100.
This was the debut of my 1 FEC-100 and it got me a 3rd in Chicken, 9th in Pork, 3rd in Brisket and a 5th overall. I thought the rib looked great, but the judges did not. My 15th there cost me the run at GC.
Oh well, the 100 cooked great, even with a little lighting and rain during friday night.
