Why does it ALWAYS rain on Memorial Day weekend? Had to break out the rain gear to keep smoking...

I should finally get around to building him a permanent home.

This is where no complaints,just gratitude.

When the neighbors are heading for Burger king for their ribs,you are kicking back at the flat screen,turning out great Q,and never working a sweat.

That is why CS was developed,rain snow,sleet,hail,high winds,-and cooks.

We run the Smokette when the Weather channel is in the back yard,and they point out the real pros.
