I've got a real "rough" draft Brining 101 that I'd like to get your feedback on. I haven't formatted the HTML or made it look pretty -- the text has kept me busy.
I've been looking at this so long, it sounds good to me, but what do YOU think?
But, I figure I'll put it out there for public ridicule and hear about all my typos.
