That pork price looks a little high.When Sam's sees prices going up fast ,they don't take case orders out past a couple of weeks

Bone in PB's at BJ's have been running $1.79 lb for a couple weeks now. They'll sell cases for $1.49. All in all about 40 cents higher than this time last year.

There was an interview posted on the i-net a few days ago with the CEO of Walmart. He said we're going to see inflation kick into high gear shortly. I know just about every food item I buy at the restaurant has been on the upswing lately. I fear for a return to the days when inflation and interest rates were both double digit numbers

We just got back from Sam's and the PB's went down to $1.49 today, didn't look at brisket as we still have 5 in the freezer for summer but the pork was IBP hand trimed choice. Can't wait to throw one in mister meat master, jeez I named my SM-160, and see what comes out.
